Alamang with pork

alamang with pork

Ingredients:

Alamang 1/2 cup1 pieace onion
2 cloves garlic
 5 regular pieces tomatoes
 cooking oil
1/2 kilo pork meat


Procedure:

Saute garlic in medium heat. Then add  the onion and the tomatoes. Add the pork and when tender add the alamang and serve best for appetizer with rice on a regular meal and best served with boiled banana.

My personal preference is boiled banana.
