The enemy of good is great! Wow, thank you SPI Global for such a nice tagline. I have adjusted my mode to training mood and I feel it to my bones and Im excited to learn more and excited of the food coming in, snack in the morning, lunch and snack in the afternoon for free. Wow, but wait, there's more. Im stress free for two weeks and I would like to thank PLDT for this training. I feel important and see how I matter to the company as a customer service officer and a teller at the same time. It means a lot to have this kind of training, though its the first ever two -week training and I can feel that PLDT means service and that I know I should give it my all, my best.
Its also a great oppurtunity to meet new friends from other places and get to know them and maybe create a relationship with them. Thank You Lord for this time shared with them, Im looking forward for more fun and laughter on the days to come and treasure those memories with them.
Great customer service is what we are here for, and we are here to learn, unlearn and relearn. We just have to open our hearts to change and make it happen.
