Never tried eating Octopus balls. Did u grind the octopus before forming into balls?

its like a street food found on malls, here in our place its takuyaki, japapnese term and they slice the veggies into small bits, then used flour mixture to manage it and make into balls, unfotunately there's only one slice of octopus each ball. Thank you for the comment and the visit.
